Where Healing Begins from Within

At Soulence Psychiatry & Wellness, we take a deeper approach to mental health, one that goes beyond simply managing symptoms to better understand the underlying factors contributing to emotional distress. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, addiction, trauma, or burnout, we walk alongside you with care, insight, and intention. We recognize that each person’s experience is unique, which is why we take the time to understand your full story, including sleep, nutrition, stress, lifestyle, and overall wellness.

The name Soulence reflects our belief that healing begins from within, when we reconnect with clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. Using a blend of evidence-based psychiatry and integrative approaches, we provide personalized care that supports the mind and body as a whole.

At Soulence, treatment is never one-size-fits-all. Every care plan is individualized and created collaboratively, with the goal of helping adults feel more balanced, empowered, and supported in their journey toward long-term wellness and recovery.

Let’s begin, from within.

Embrace the Journey

New patients can submit an inquiry. Once received, we will reach out via email to schedule a free 15-minute call to discuss your needs and determine if we’re a good fit to work together.

  1. Initial Evaluation: Our first session is all about connection and understanding. We’ll take time to explore your mental health history, current challenges, and your goals for care. This conversation sets the foundation for a personalized and collaborative treatment plan.

  2. Ongoing Visits: This is the active phase of treatment, where we work together toward meaningful change. Session frequency varies, with some patients benefiting from weekly visits, while others may transition to monthly or quarterly check-ins based on progress and need.

  3. Wellness Maintenance: Once you’re feeling more balanced and emotionally grounded, we shift into a maintenance phase. These check-ins, scheduled every 1 to 3 months (no more than 6 months apart), are focused on continued support, medication management, and overall wellbeing.

Communication in between visits:

Support doesn’t end at your appointment. Established patients may contact us anytime through their patient portal messaging, with responses typically provided within 24–72 business hours.
