Scope of Services

Soulence Psychiatry and Wellness is a California-based psychiatric and wellness practice that provides adult mental health services including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and integrative mental health support to individuals 18 years of age and older. Some services are available via telehealth, and are only available to individuals physically located in the state of California at the time of the session.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical or mental health care must be established through a formal provider-patient relationship following an intake evaluation.

Eligibility

To use our services or access certain features (e.g., requesting an appointment), you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old

  2. Reside in California

  3. Be physically located in California during telehealth sessions

  4. Agree to our Privacy Policy

Use of the Website 

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

No Emergency Services 

This website and practice do not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. This Site is not monitored for emergency communications.

Scheduling & Payment

Appointments may be requested through the Site, and a secure client portal will be used for intake forms, documentation, communication, and payment processing.

Soulence Psychiatry & Wellness currently operates as a private-pay practice. We may provide superbills upon request for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement. In the future, we may accept select insurance plans. Clients will be informed of any updates to our billing practices or accepted insurance carriers as they become available.

All users agree to our Cancellation Policy, which includes full charges for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Privacy and Data Use

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, and protect your personal health and billing information. Submitting forms on this website implies your acknowledgment and consent to these practices.
